(RepublicanNews.org) – As 2020 draws to a close, now is an excellent time to look forward to the new year and what to expect regarding the Second Amendment’s sacred right to bear arms. There’s a chance, however remote, Democratic nominee Joe Biden might prevail in the highly-disputed 2020 presidential election.
But even if President Donald Trump is declared the victor, Biden and his running mate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), have become the voice of the Democratic party. It’s likely their aspirations regarding gun control will prevail well into 2021 and perhaps beyond.

The so-called “Biden Plan” to take on gun violence reads more like a horror story focused on gun control than a legitimate plan to curb the nation’s gun violence.
The best way to protect your gun rights is by educating yourself. A smart place to start is learning your state’s gun laws to protect against any unlawful efforts to confiscate your firearms or otherwise infringe on your rights.
You can also check out websites like the Interactive Constitution’s section on the Second Amendment to further educate yourself. Additionally, you might consider joining a gun rights advocacy group like the NRA or the Second Amendment Foundation.
