AOC QUESTION Goes Wrong – Not The Right Answer!
(RepublicanNews.org) – Democrats have had their fair share of folly since the Biden administration took the reins, but most have remained stubbornly with one another on the Left. With the 2022 elections just around the corner and the president’s approval ratings as dismal as ever, some lawmakers appear hesitant to offer an endorsement. The most recent evidence of the shift comes from an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union” where host Dana Bash asked Senator Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) (AOC) if she would support a Biden 2024 run.
Ocasio-Cortez, who appeared uncomfortable in her reply, sidestepped the question.
“I’m focused on winning this majority right now and preserving a majority this year and 2022. So we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it,” Ocasio-Cortez said.https://t.co/7unGRuShrO

When Bash noted that AOC hadn’t specifically answered “yes,” the New York leader danced around the issue by saying it’s important “to focus on winning a majority” at the moment.
Has President Joe Biden fallen so far in his own party’s eyes that no one is willing to stand beside him? Given the New York representative’s far-left stance, which is already costing her the support of more moderate Democrats, AOC may be worried that endorsing the president could amount to career suicide. Similarly, other candidates among the left may jump ship when it comes time to back Biden for another term.
If Americans can agree on anything right now, it’s that no one wants to see a repeat of the past couple of years. What that means for the administration remains to be seen.
