Border Patrol Agents Arrest 200+ Illegal Aliens (REPORT)

( – Human smuggling operations continue at the border between the United States and Mexico despite the aggressive immigration enforcement policies instituted during President Donald Trump’s time in office. Federal officials estimate about 415 miles of border wall have been erected since Trump took office and expect total construction to reach about 450 miles by year-end.

However, walls do nothing to deter illegal aliens from being smuggled across the border in tractor-trailers. United States Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agents reported they broke up two such operations at checkpoints located outside Laredo, Texas, last week.

A Border Patrol press release stated agents discovered 218 illegal aliens in two tractor-trailers. The individual came from several Latin American countries, including the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico.

The individuals were taken into federal custody with the vehicles’ drivers pending further investigation by the Department of Homeland Security.

The CBP agents remain vigilant as they safeguard the nation’s borders. If you notice any suspicious activity, you can contact the Border Patrol at 1-800-BE-ALERT.
