(RepublicanNews.org) – The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) kicked off their first annual meeting in 1974, with then-California Governor Ronald Reagan (R) giving the first keynote speech. Since then, the annual event has featured prominent conservative elected officials, activists, and groups.
This year’s conference was held from February 25 through 28. Rep. Burgess Owens (R-UT) gave a powerful motivational speech on February 27. He predicted the Republican party would benefit from Joe Biden’s headlong plunge to the Left.

As Owens explained, Biden’s move leftwards would serve as a stark contrast to the last four years under the able leadership of Donald Trump. When people are unemployed, and their children aren’t in school, they’re “not happy.” The same holds true for people waiting at home for vaccines while the Biden administration is making sure immigrants crossing the border are receiving them.
“No one can defeat us,” he concluded, if the people unite against those harsh changes. In the meantime, let’s hope for the best and expect the worst as the Biden administration’s leftist agenda runs its course.
