(RepublicanNews.org) – Republican efforts to win two Georgia Senate runoff elections scheduled on January 5, 2021, got a boost this weekend when President Donald Trump visited the state to support incumbent Senators Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) and David Perdue (R-GA). The outcome of those two elections will decide the balance of power in the Senate next year.
Republicans have warned that Democrats would push a radical Socialist agenda if Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) replaced Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) as Senate Majority Leader. President Trump went a step further during a Georgia rally held on Saturday, December 5, telling attendees if they don’t show up to vote, the Socialists and Communists win.

The president aimed his harshest remarks at Democrat challenger Rev. Raphael Warnock, reminding the audience of the pastor’s previous praise for Marxists and open declaration of support for Socialism. He even hosted former Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, he added.
Continuing, President Trump stressed the need for “Georgia patriots” to turn out and vote for Loeffler and Perdue. If you live in Georgia and have any questions regarding voting procedures, check with your County Registrar Office’s website.
